Bupa Frequently asked questions
An initial appointment with one of our Osteopaths will include a full musculoskeletal assessment, individualised treatment and a discussion of the treatment plan required to help you achieve your specific goals.
Prior to making an appointment at Midtown Wellness Covent Garden clinic, please make sure you do Call your insurer provider Bupa UK. Let them know you need to make an appointment with Midtown Wellness and you need a pre authorisation number.
Once you have received your Preauthorisation number, you can use our online booking system and choose option D- insurance to make your booking with our Osteopaths that work with BUPA.
Should I visit BUPA Providers Online before booking booking an appointment?
Usually patients need pre authorisation, you can simply check on the BUPA Finder or calling your BUPA Contact.
Do I have to contact BUPA Health Insurance Claims before I book?
Bupa global or Cash plans you would be able to pay for your treatment in clinic and then claim the costs back from BUPA, if it is BUPA UK you will need to contact them first.
What BUPA London procedure codes do I you need at the appointment?
Authorisation & membership number is required so we are able to process your claim for treatments.
